I had a nervous breakdown back in 2008.
I collapsed mentally because of mymid-20s non-stop lifestyle–one of practicing music and writing fiction while working full-time as a night journalist and having complete day-class semesters at a private college.
I believe I slept an average of four hours each afternoon for a few of those years and eaten more booze in three evenings than I do nowadays in a month. I wrote more fiction back then than non-fiction and hated company conversation.
But in a century, a lot has altered, and it has altered quite rapidly.
The shift really occurred when I found the concept of yin and yang to maximize my good attempts while minimizing my unhealthy attempts.
